Launch of the System Designed to Raise User InfoSec Awareness

Description

Launching a system designed to raise user InfoSec awareness is one of the top priorities for companies seeking to secure their data and avert security leakages. In this project, we developed 10 training courses to improve user knowledge of information security. These courses include such topics as anti-viral protection, personal data protection, secure use of email clients, and others.

Moreover, we developed five business processes to ensure effective InfoSec interaction between the company's employees and IT division. User training was carried out online with 1,900 users completing the courses.

All users were given tests to evaluate knowledge and training efficiency and identify the most vulnerable areas in the field of information security. These exams took place on a quarterly basis to ensure continuous monitoring of employee knowledge. As part of the project, the company developed regulations and set up integrations with its IT systems which allowed for more effective InfoSec interaction between the company's employees and IT division. This significantly improved security and stability of the company's IT infrastructure.

In conclusion, it is safe to say that the launch of the system designed to raise user InfoSec awareness is an essential component of the company's integrated InfoSec system. User training and knowledge control can reduce the likelihood of cyber attacks and security leakages and improve stability of the company's IT infrastructure as a whole.
