Having each business solution powered by Bitrix 24 allows the company to map custom routes for interaction between these systems.

  • Stage 2. Launch of the most popular services to replace paperwork (Holiday request, vacation schedule, travel request, time sheet confirmation). At this stage, the company introduced simple electronic signatures, reducing processing time for most popular documents, while users learnt how to work with digital documents and processes.
  • Stage 3. Launch of business processes to sign personnel documents with enhanced digital signatures. Users are introduced into the area of digital self services – enhanced encrypted non-certified digital signatures/enhanced encrypted and certified digital signatures are now available, most documents digitalised, processing time for personnel documents reduced.
