Corporate Solutions Centre recognises the importance of information technologies and as part of its growth strategy decided to create its own IT infrastructure. The key project goal is to ensure efficient use of the IT infrastructure for the company's business competitiveness and growth.
To carry out the project, the company built a system of basic infrastructure services which includes different systems and tools. For example, the company developed an email system ensuring the quick and safe exchange of messages between its employees and a united communications system which allows employees to interact and share information with each other on a real-time basis.
One of the key elements of the IT infrastructure is data storage providing quick and reliable access to the company's information. Additionally, the company created a videoconferencing system to host meetings and discussions with partners and clients online.
To ensure reliable and safe operation of the system, the company built all necessary tools. CSC-IT also rolled out monitoring and backup systems safeguarding data and ensuring continuous operation of the IT infrastructure in the case of disruptions or incidents.
In this project, the company created data centres offering quick access to and storage of the company's information. An efficient workstation management system was put in place to ensure high personnel efficiency. For convenient access to the company's IT infrastructure, our experts introduced a remote access system allowing employees to work from anywhere in the world. The company also completed integration of its IT infrastructure with the IT infrastructure of clients. This enables the company to easily scale up and operate in different places without detriment to connectivity between employees and clients.
Implementation of such IT infrastructure allowed the company to cut the spending on IT services thanks to having its own IT division. Now, the company can more quickly and efficiently respond to changes in business processes and promptly implement new technologies.
