Process Model

The corporate end-to-end model processes intended to increase management, transparency and efficiency.

As the Company developed the Customised Enterprise Solution, the Company's business processes were optimised, standardised and automated in accordance with the target model in terms of processes:

Business and tax accounting (BA, TA);
Treasury;
Supply;
HRM and payroll accounting.

Corporate Adjustments

Schedule for the document flow between the service provider and the client organisation, including templates, terms, controls, designated persons.
Procedures for data migration, including verification, uploading of necessary directories, historical data, documents and business and tax accounting balances to the System, data migration validation (including methods for collecting and providing data for further uploading, templates for uploading data required for data uploading and verification).
Training documentation and procedures for the staff of client organisations (including training methods, training materials and user guidelines, user testing programme).

IT tools

Centralised data management powered by SAP MDG. Management of E2E processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R) with an all-in-one IT solution based on SAP S/4 and SAP HCM. Cross-system integration, common SAP PO connectors. Integrated archives, one for all OpenText financial and personnel files.
