What is this book about?
Viktor Frankl is considered one of the most positive psychologists. A doctor who survived the Nazi concentration camps. His ‘logotherapy’, the idea of meanings helped many people and even now his books are still a powerful motivational tool.
He wrote: ‘The oneness and uniqueness inherent in each person determine the meaning of each individual life. Unique is he himself, unique is what exactly he can and must do - in his work, in creativity, in love.’ This book is not about survival, this book is about the ability to believe in life. Frankl's point is that there is meaning in everything and at any time. In everyday actions, in images of the loved ones, in any thought-form that our particular soul can cling to.
Who is this book for?
For all and everyone. I sincerely believe that every person should read this book at the right time. It reveals the power of spirit, vividly shows what a ‘human core’ is and helps you to look at your life differently. If you feel like you're failing at something or don't know how or where to move forward...- you're definitely only imagining it.
For people who are lost. For people looking for their path. For people undergoing transformation both personally and professionally.
What value will this book give?
· The spiritual freedom of man, which cannot be taken away from him until his last breath, gives him the opportunity to fill his life with meaning until his last breath.
· Man confronts fate all the time and everywhere, and this confrontation gives him the opportunity to turn his suffering into an inner achievement.
· The human is a fusion of the good and the evil.
· There are two ‘races’ of people in the world, only two! - men of decency and men of dishonesty.
· Humour is the soul’s weapon for self-preservation. Humour, like nothing else, is able to bring apart man and his situation, put him above the situation. The will to humour can be viewed as a kind of art of living.
